At Dementia Friendly Keighley we aim to support people with dementia and their carers by raising dementia awareness and becoming a Dementia Friendly Town. We want to increase understanding of dementia amongst the population and change the way Keighley Communities think, talk and act about dementia.
Our new unit at Airedale Shopping Centre enables people with dementia a place to engage and reflect, whilst their family member or carer can shop – knowing that a loved one is in excellent care.
